Fishing abounds at Happy Camp Ontario. Walleye, Northern Pike Perch and Trout are found in nearby Lakes. White Otter Lake down the trail has good fishing for Walleye, Northern and Perch. We do have some boats cached at other lakes. While Boat caches are included in your Lodging rental, Fisherman are rsponsible for any damages done to the boats.
Fishers are only limited to their sense of adventure. We have many lakes to explore and see what is our there. In addition, the Nagagami and Oswain Rivers are within an hours drive, have Brook Trout.
Boat rental for 2026 is $100, and we do not provide motors anymore. Outboards of 15HP and under will push the boats nicw with 2 Fisherman. We do have life jackets, safety kits, paddles, fish baskets and nets that go with the boat rentals. Fish Cleaning Lessons can be provided, nothing like a Fresh Fish Fry. In fact, I can smell the Oil Popping Fillets right now, YUM!!
